As you can see, this device has seen some s**t in its day. Its surprisingly delicate, but has survived nonetheless.
This Vitality monitoring device is used to scan for potential life forms in all kinds of environments, dark, frozen, humid, super heated, and operates basically out to the edges of space itself. It connects to a large rod device that can help it to access hard to reach spaces. The two cylinder clamps and metal clip on the back that you see, near the rubber hose, will help you to link this up to the previously referred to extension rod. You humans might refer to this type of rod device as a "selfie stick," but ours has a much higher purpose. PS: A note to all other users, after scans are completed, please return the SCNCED Series 9 back to it's original storage location and hang it gently on its provided storage hook. These devices are very fragile, treat it with care. It's already the 5th one we've gone through this year... I'm not so sure the warranty service providers will believe our spilt coffee story again next time. Lava and Florbick bile fluid definitely aren't covered...
